- Solve a trail of clues sent to your team's phones, find your answers nearby and reply back to unlock the next clue.
- The clues reveal your path to magical and scenic parts of New York.
- Your chosen answers have consequences that alter the story and impact the experience.
- Pause the game and take breaks to grab food and drinks on the way, all optional recommendations.
- No prior knowledge required, hints are available to make the experience something everyone can enjoy.

The Story
- Ho ho... oh no! Santa's got the 21st century blues. A hilarious, heartwarming, puzzle-filled adventure through New Yorks's most Christmassy streets.
- Santa is mid-midlife crisis, can you help him rediscover his season's spirit amid New Yorks's dazzling lights and jaw-dropping window displays?

- Click 'Book Now' and enter your details and select the number of tickets to match the number of participants.
- Once paid you'll receive an email with login credentials to your setup dashboard.
- On the dashboard find your booking, optionally split into teams, enter a team name and phone numbers.
- Receive the welcome message on your phone, you're all good to go!

Of course! After purchasing you can login to your dashboard, where you can enter your number of teams followed by each team's name and member details. Set up within a couple of minutes.

Once booked, and you've logged into the dashboard, you'll be able to choose how many teams you'd like for your booking - once submitted you'll then be able to fill in team names and member details straight away.
We recommend a team size around 5, with a minimum of 2 people and around 8 as a maximum. -
All international phone numbers work with our system, using WhatsApp or Telegram will only use data so make sure you can roam whilst away.

All the trails can be completed with out any prior knowledge without an issue, a perfect way to explore a new city!

Although most trails have no age rating the usual break points are pubs/bars, usually children can accompany adults into these venues without a problem.

After you've purchased your tickets, head to our dashboard where you'll see your order. Enter a team name and phone numbers for each player and press submit. The setup process might be disabled until a week before the event.
After submitting your team you'll receive an SMS message to each phone number with a pin code and link to the event hub page where you'll find extra setup information, an image feed from the day and the leaderboard.
On the hub page you'll find links to download the app. Once downloaded simply enter the username & pin code sent via SMS to login.
You're now good to go, head to the start zone with enough time to prepare for the game starting! -
After purchase you'll receive login credentials to enter your dashboard. There you can enter a team name and phone numbers, upon submission you'll receive a message to confirm the booking with us.

Maybe. Depending on how busy the route is you might be on the tail of another group, overtaking or getting overtaken. It's a great way to meet other like minded adventurers on the way, don't forget to say hi to each other and get a bit competitive!

Absolutely, when you're booking you can select to choose your date later. If you've already chosen a date and would like to change this, just reach out to the team and we can process this for you, completely free of charge.
